Comment on this Canine-hating Canadian

I was preparing to announce a new K9RoadTrip.com feature when I got distracted by an article on Cesar Milan "The Dog Whisperer." Not really an article, more like a juvenile editorial discussing rumors that Milan abuses dogs. Then I was shocked to read the author make statements like:
- So is the dog whisperer an abuser? The logical answer: I certainly hope so.
... dogs are nothing but parasites. Much like lamprey eels or tapeworms. They depend totally on their hosts.
- I think all dogs should be kicked, hard and often until they get off 12,000 years of continuous human welfare and go back to the wild, where they belong.
If you really want to read this drivel by Dennis Thompsett in the Owen Sound (Ontario) Sun Times, here is a link to his kitty-litter opinion titled The dog whisperer is a canine abuser? Bite me! (A quick Google search found that Mr. Thompsett is employed by The Sun Times, not just a citizen whose letter to the editor was published.)
Even more infuriating is that this Canadian cites only U.S.-related dog statistics. If U.S. dogs and the love they receive offend you that much Mr. Thompsett, STAY IN CANADA!! You may send Karen Pridham of the Sun Times your opinion about her newspaper publishing such opinions advocating animal abuse. Ms Pridham's e-mail is email@example.com. Or you can submit a comment to the Sun Times editorial department here.
Now back to my original message of the day: COMMENT HERE TOO!
If you scroll to the bottom of the K9RoadTrip.com posts and dog photos, you will notice you may post comments if you are already logged into FaceBook, Yahoo!, AOL, or Hotmail. Comments posted by K9RoadTrip.com members will continue to be placed in more prominent location, but we wanted to give you more flexibility in sharing your thoughts and sharing our website with your dog friends.
I still hope more dog lovers register and along with other members continue to use the built-in K9RoadTrip.com comment tool (helps the search engines like me better!). But I have at least two types of fans and followers and I want all my fans to be welcomed and have an option to comment on my journey.
Several of The Chauffeur's human friends are not really "dog people" but they LURVE ME!! (They are not revolting, unloving individuals like Mr. Thompsett). Along my journeys I've met several friendly non-dog people who send us notes from time-to-time. While K9RoadTrip.com registration is simple and gives dog-lovers access to my vast dog world, I wanted to give these friends who follow me a quick option to comment & share my blog posts and photos.
Free membership is still required to share dog-spot reviews on our Journey Guide Map, access the current K9 Bark Newsletter, upload or comment on photos, submit an Ask A Vet question, etc. For more information about the free membership benefits visit the K9World Main Page.
But the good news is, this past Independence Day weekend we decided to give you more freedom in sharing your thoughts and opinions with us... even if you don't want to register for all the other easy, free benefits.
But why wouldn't you register? Outside of registration, option newsletter notification, or contest winners our policy is to guard your e-mail like a fresh steak bone. No other information other than e-mail and a password is necessary for free registration; and unfortunately we only ask for this minimal information to prevent spammers, hackers, web-bots, and rogue cats from gaining access to our internet dog world.
PS - I found the above mentioned article while working with Ed on another new feature. While not completely ready, you can get a preview at K9RoadTrip.com/news
